On this web site you find simple and beautiful pieces for practising with a melody instrument.
Here you find traditional songs from many countries, dances, blues, opera melodies, and practising pieces.
Often with chords and text and/or 2nd voice and ornaments.
The pieces are all without Copyright restrictions.
All pieces are shown either in violin clef or bass clef, as requested.
Browsing ...
You can easily browse in the song list (see link: "All songs").
You can switch every song to every key, as you like.
You can download every song in every key as a pdf file and print or distribute it freely.
You can let the computer play every song in every key in your preferred speed.
There is also an instruction video about browsing in the song list.
Practising ...
If you cannot yet play all notes, then the site can show you automatically all those songs that contain only your notes.
And if you want to practise a certain note, you will only see songs that really contain this note.
You just have to click all the notes that you want to practise

(see link "Note selection"). Afterwards you have to click "Practise!" and you can start.
